Faz Advisors Sdn. Bhd. (“Faz Advisors”) is a Securities Commission registered Shariah Adviser that provides Shariah advisory services to various market players across different industries who intend to offer products and services in accordance to Islamic principles. Founded in 2023, Faz Advisors is set to meet the need for Shariah-compliant advisory services and driven by a combination of ethical considerations, religious values and the pursuit of a more inclusive and responsible Islamic financial system.
KENYATAAN PENJELASAN FAZ ADVISORS SDN. BHD.
Merujuk kepada penularan satu hantaran di media sosial yang mengaitkan FAZ Advisors Sdn. Bhd. dengan YBhg. Sahibus Samahah Mufti Wilayah Persekutuan, pihak syarikat ingin menjelaskan perkara berikut:
1. FAZ Advisors Sdn. Bhd. telah diperbadankan pada 12 Jun 2023, iaitu hampir dua tahun sebelum YBhg. Sahibus Samahah dilantik sebagai Mufti Wilayah Persekutuan pada 23 Mei 2025.
2. Selepas pelantikan tersebut, YBhg. Sahibus Samahah tidak lagi terlibat secara aktif dalam pengurusan, pentadbiran atau operasi harian syarikat. Segala urusan pengurusan syarikat telah diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada pihak pengurusan FAZ Advisors Sdn. Bhd. tanpa campur tangan beliau.
3. Bagi projek yang dibangkitkan, skop perkhidmatan FAZ Advisors adalah berdasarkan Perjanjian bertarikh 1 Jun 2026 yang memperuntukkan perkhidmatan nasihat dan penyeliaan Syariah berhubung produk dan perkhidmatan yang dicadangkan sebagai patuh Syariah. Skop tersebut adalah terhad kepada perkara-perkara yang dinyatakan dalam perjanjian dan tidak meliputi pengurusan operasi, pemasaran, kutipan dana atau urusan kewangan syarikat pelanggan.
4. Sehubungan itu, sebarang dakwaan yang mengaitkan pelantikan YBhg. Sahibus Samahah sebagai Mufti Wilayah Persekutuan dengan penubuhan atau pengurusan FAZ Advisors Sdn. Bhd., atau yang membuat kesimpulan mengenai penglibatan beliau tanpa mengambil kira fakta-fakta di atas, adalah tidak tepat.
Pihak FAZ Advisors Sdn. Bhd. berharap semua pihak dapat merujuk kepada fakta yang sebenar dan mengelakkan sebarang spekulasi atau kesimpulan yang tidak berasaskan maklumat yang lengkap.
